EXPIATION JAGAN OPT OUT

Hiei possesses a third eye called the Jagan Eye that has the below abilities, though he does not use them often in canon and has little interest in things like mind control.

Jagan Eye (Evil Eye) - Hiei has a surgically implanted third eye that affords him many telepathic abilities including telepathy, telekinesis, remote-viewing, and memory erasure. It also allows him to control the minds of weaker demons and humans if he so wishes. The eye also affords him a Jagan Form , turning his body green and enhancing his already great strength, speed, and allowing him to paralyze his foes with a binding curse. The weaknesses of this ability, though, are many. His body is covered in eyes in this form, and when the eyes are damaged or otherwise compromised, so is Hiei’s power.
